Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mohamed is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AID. He provides overall strategic leadership and oversees the organization’s international portfolio, institutional development, partnerships, and strategic direction. As Founder and CEO, he provides executive oversight to ensure that AID’s programmes, partnerships, and organizational priorities remain aligned with its mission and long-term vision.
Executive Director of AID
Abdirahman provides strategic leadership and overall direction to Aid for Integrated Development (AID), guiding the organization’s humanitarian and development programming, partnerships, institutional growth, and organizational performance.
Deputy Executive Director of AID
Abdimahad provides strategic and programme oversight, supporting organizational leadership, programme quality, compliance, partnerships, risk management, and institutional strengthening. He contributes to the effective coordination and delivery of AID's humanitarian and development programmes.
Program Manager
Abdinasir Moalin Abdulahi leads programme planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting across AID's humanitarian and development programmes. His work includes programme management, donor coordination, grants management, MEAL, and implementation of humanitarian and resilience programmes.
Operation and Finance Manager
Bashir oversees financial management and operational functions, supporting budgeting, financial reporting, donor compliance, internal controls, procurement, logistics, and efficient organizational operations.
HR and Safeguarding Officer
Mumtaz supports AID's human resources and administrative functions, contributing to effective staff management, organizational administration, documentation, coordination, and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
